Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a dog bed from this seller and the payment immediately went through and I was sent a confirmation email along with a tracking number. A few days later I got an email saying that my package couldn’t be delivered from FedEx and was told to schedule another delivery date. I called FedEx about my package and they had no information about it, only that a shipment label was created but it never shipped. So I then tried to contact the seller with the phone number they had on their website. The number went straight to voicemail and I couldn’t even leave a message because the mailbox was full. I then tried to email them, however the email address they had also didn’t work because my emails wouldn’t send. So the email address and phone number were both fake. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received any additional emails about my package. The only way to get a response from this seller is through Facebook. And all they tell you is that your package will arrive within a few days, or they claim they will give you a refund. However, they do not contact you any further regarding your package.
