I ordered a wig from them on May 8, 2019, and paid for “fast shipping.” The fast shipping was $9.88 and the wig itself was $33. The wig didn’t get here until May 21, 2019. When I emailed them asking why it was taking so long to get here since I paid for fast shipping, and they had reviews on their website saying their wigs came within 5 days, mine should have been delivered, they were very rude about it and said that it takes longer regardless of me paying for fast shipping. When my wig finally came, it looked NOTHING like the picture on the website. It was dry, matted, and tangled. It did not have a middle part as shown in the picture, in fact, it had no part at all. You could see the tracks on the wig and there were several holes in the wig cap, that I could stick my fingers through the wig cap. When I emailed them the same day I received it asking for a refund and the return label for me to send it back, they refused to send me the return label and they said they were not giving me a refund because of non quality. When I sent them what it says on their return policy on their website, which honors non quality returns, they said they would just give me a partial refund. When I went on their website to look for the wig I purchased, the entire website was changed and I don’t see any wigs available. I would not recommend buying from them at all!!
