The website looked legitimate. We reached out to the seller and the sent an email with information regarding the Newfoundland puppy. They sent out the contract which we signed and returned. They requested zelle payment of $950.00 for dog and shipping. We sent the payment and they emailed right away that they would be sending transport and tracking information for the dog. I then received an email from a transport company requesting an additional $1500.00 for transport life insurance but they also wanted a zelle payment to a personal email account. I called and spoke to someone that sounded foreign and he wasn’t very reassuring and sounded sketchy. So I emailed the seller back and requested my refund. At that point the website was shutdown and I have not received any further contact from them. Called my bank to try and recover payment.
