Type of a scam Government Grant
An acquaintance asked me on Facebook to send him a friend request on Facebook, so I did. After initial "how are you?" messages. He sent this message via messenger: "I’m so happy i got $100,000 from the department of health and human service deliver to me by FedEx delivery men at my door step helping the old,retired,disable, and youth, to pay bills . Do you how to get intourch with them." To this, I replied: "I used to work for HHS and I don’t remember cash block grants, except to agencies and nonprofits — and never in actual cash." To this he replied: "Okay I even thought you have been contacted already because I saw your name among the winner list when the FedEx delivery men team brought cash to me and I wonder if you have got yours ?" At this point, I quit communicating and filed this report.
