Their website promises shipment within 2 business days and receipt within 5 business days. They print the shipment label immediately after purchase, and never actually ship the product.
I ordered a KTX mini dirt bike for my sons birthday and am grateful I did it more than 3 weeks early. If not, the poor kid would not have received a present. I, however, have yet to receive a refund or response from the company.
They do not answer their phones, respond to website contact requests, respond to email, nor any other attempt at contact.
They take your money and they never deliver what was purchased.
