Moventic popped up in both Facebook and Instagram. Stupidly, I "purchased" cosmetics from them: three lip glosses for $27. I got an email weeks later saying the product was shipped, but the tracking # was invalid. I reached out to the company to gather information on tracking my order. At first they told me that my order would be here in two weeks. After two weeks (and no email update), I reached out. They told me it would be another week. I got the same answer the third time I contacted them. The 4th time I requested my money back but didn?t get a response. I attempted to reach out again a fifth time and warned the company that if I didn?t get a response within a week, I would be reporting them to BBB. While I did not get a response, the photos of cosmetics were immediately taken down from both their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
