I received a letter from National Distribution Commission Notification Service, stating that I am a guaranteed Cash Prize Winner. I am supposed to send $20.00 records fee to National Distribution Commission, PO Box 350470, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33335-0470. I believe this is a scam.
