i received a phone call saying that a formal complaint is in the process of being filed this morning for several different matters. they did not say what company they were from until we called back as soon as we got the company name they placed us on hold. they give a reference number and a contact number as EAV1469. Don’t fall for this scam or give them your info..
I called the really company and they do have a scam alert on their website.
