The company claims to offer leads to Realtors and also claims to adhere to schedule of delivery. We agreed to 16 leads to pre-agreed face to face meetings per month for $12,000.00 a year. The leads never cam close to the volume promised nor led to any meetings whatsoever. In fact the majority of the "leads" were simply the contact info of sellers offering their property privately without representation and whom specifically asked to NOT be be solicited. Essentially they cruise *** for Open Houses, call people to confirm they are selling and simply share their private info regardless of their express approval.
