Saw this ad on Facebook to purchase quilts for my college team. Ordered two quilts for 174.89 on Aug 1st. Used my Discover card to make my purchase. The purchase went through PayPal and showed the vendor to be "Sale Off OMG". Having heard nothing asked about my order on Aug 22, received an email telling me 1 quilt was in-transit from China. This seemed odd as all their pics showed women who appeared to be US.
The product arrived but it was not a quilt. It was a throw with 3 layers, the top layer being silk-screened and very poorly done. On Sept 3rd they advised me the 2nd quilt was on it’s way. It too was a silk-screened throw. Neither item measured the std queen size, both were substantially smaller. On Sept 22, I wrote to send these back as they didn’t represent what I ordered, the quality was poor, the size was not accurate.
Their responses have been nothing but "send us pictures so we can determine a course of action." They refuse to give me an address to return the product in the US and insist on pictures. They refuse to provide a phone # to discuss the situation and keep responding with the same response.
They have no intention of letting me return them!
