I order woman clothing from RoseWE.com. There new name is NERO. I pay extra for 2 to 3 days shipping . I didn’t receive the order until 12days later. When the package was deliver I wasn’t home and I couldn’t sign for the delivered. So the Fed X call me and ask me did I want the package , I told them to send it back. Now NERO want me to open a PayPal account to get their money at email address. I have a PayPal account that how I purchase the items. I want all my money back.
