Type of a scam Online Purchase

On Oct 19, 2017, I purchased a New Age product with the understanding of their return policy. After Closing account, I received three more items. The last one I received as of today. I called the New Age phone number.

They refused to refund my money after my closing the account which is not their policy, not their refund policy!

I am upset after following the process.New Age still send items and bill my visa Account which I have to cancel so as not to receive any more charged to my visa Credit card.

I would like to see how to prevent the New Age Company from anyone being deceived as I have for following their refund policy
