I was shopping for a loan line. Newcashloan called me from 512-575-3410. It was a man with an accent, kind of Indian. He said if I paid him $150 on a card, it would insure the loan, and I could get up to $10,000.00. He sent me an email with the ScamPulse.com logo on it from . I downloaded it. William L. Perry is the manager. They called me twice after they emailed me.
