Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
This number calls. If you answer, you do not even have to say anything. After 2 seconds of silence, the receipent hears the following, "Hi. This is Nick with Medicaid calling on a recorded line." Then that’s it. Nothing else. If you do not say anything, the call automatically hangs up. They have called on different numbers too. I added those numbers to my call reject list and the calls stopped for a week or so, but have started again. So here’s to spreading the word. The more people that do … the better we all will be.
Don’t answer calls if you do not recognize the number….period. The caller will leave a message if important. That’s my advice for anyone.
