its a recorded message that saying someone is in custody and that there are 4 serious aligations against me and i need to call them back before charges or action is taken against me, and the other message was similar except it stated that i needed to contact them or i could be taken into custody.. note: i did not accept the call these are strickly recorded messages in which i have saved.
