Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made a purchase from their website and instantly received an order confirmation email. On the websites FAQ page it says to allow up to 4 business days to process and up to 3 days after that to revive in the mail. I waited until after the 4 day processing period to contact them via their contact page on their website and never got a response. A few days later, I responded to an email address I was given in my order confirmation email and I never got a response. I even contacted them through a direct message on their Instagram that has been active since I messaged them and never got a response. It has now been 3 weeks since I made the purchase with no items and no response from Northern Lights. I filed a claim with my bank and got my money back, but I don’t want this to happen to other people. I have also flagged them on Instagram. $25 may not seem like a lot, but for a broke college student, that’s dinner for the next couple days.
