Type of a scam Online Purchase
Purchased this product over 1 month ago. They state product ships and delivered within 10-12 business days. Received a shipping confirmation on a non English website. When I emailed about my product not being shipped they kept emailing back with an automatic response how they have to many orders to fulfill and it’s taking longer than expected to ship. I requested a refund several times and asked to be contacted by an actual person and not an automatic response.
They keep sending the same tracking number stating the product has been shipped but it actually has not. Their Facebook page is getting blasted with negative reviews over the past 2 weeks about how no one can contact them and it’s a scam site who charges you but doesn’t send your product.
Their website states you can contact 24/7 but they do not provide a phone number or address only email. I have asked several times over the past week for a refund and again I keep getting automatic responses
