I had posted an ad on craigslist to sublet a home for home for rent. "Jeff" responded to my ad asking if I would be open to rent to lease option. He made it sound as if he was inquiring for himself. Turns out he runs a website prying on people with poor credit and matching them with home owners. His website does not have a physical address or owner/contact name. There is a disconnect between the business name "NW Property Solutions LLC" and website URL "Rent-to-own-portland.com". This guy is a fake.
