I placed an order for 2 months ago for styling tools. The price was too good to be true! I received an order #. But, I never received a shipment tracking or email confirmation of my purchase. The money was taken. I will be disputing the charge for a refund with my bank and filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE…IT IS A SCAM

It is my hope that potential customers out there will practice more due dilligence than I did and research Onvims.com prior to ordering. In all our the years that I’ve shopped online, never once had I fallen prey to a scam… until now.
Searching for a new hair styling tool as well as some salon grade hair products I came across Onvims. Looking back, I should have paid more attention to my initial reaction which was that the prices were just too God to be true. In the long ran I ended up purchasing products from their site to the sum of $211.59.
Not receiving any type of order confirmation was my first red flag but I didn’t panic. Instead, I tried contacting the company at both emails listed on their website. While waiting to hear back, I also tried to reach them using the telephone number listed. Instead of reaching someone in customer support or anyone at all for that matter I received a message from Verizon telling me that the number was no longer in service. Panic began to set in. The following day I received my first mailer-daemon message informing me that my emails to the company had been sent back ; never going through in the first place as that email did not exist.
To make a long, sad story shorter to this day well over 2 months later I have still yet to receive either a refund or any type of product from this company. I opened a Better Business Bureau claim and as of last week was informed that 12 others had also filed the very same type of complaint.
Unsure of what will happen from here so I assume I’m simply out the money as it was paid for on a debit card rather than credit with no Financial institution protection.
I just hope that anyone reading this will learn the lesson that I had to learn the hard way,
which is to do your research. Since the beginning of the Coronavirus crisis the number of scams out there have grown exponentially and it is no longer the same online shopping world it was.
I choose not to allow this to experience to take from me the enjoyment of online shopping from the comfort of my own home but will, in the future, be much more careful ordering from sites that I’m not familiar with.

I made an order in July 14/2020 and then they took down their website. They gave non working phone number and email address on the invoice . They are fraudulent and should be investigated. I have opened dispute with my credit card company for refund

Placed on order through this site, but never received my order. Went back to the site to track my order and all it says is “processed” The phone number to call is a Verizon cell phone that is no longer in service. They have taken my money but no info on shipping. Now the site is down! Complete scam that I intend to have investigated. Thank god I took several screen shots of their website and even of my order, how payment was made, etc etc…

I purchased items on the website. I never received a confirmation email and I can’t look up my order on the website. I called multiple times and can’t get ahold of anyone. I now have to dispute with my bank to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
