Type of a scam Online Purchase
After several ads on a number of social media sites for these reusable LED balloons I decided to give them a try. Looking at their website it seemed decent, had address, phone number, email for contact, even had a message regarding shipping delays due to covid. I placed an order on June 8 and as of July 1 had yet to hear anything. I checked my credit card and there was a charge back in June so they made sure to run that. When I went to contact them for a status on the order, I noticed there was no longer a phone number listed so email was the only option. After attempts to get an order status I asked for a cancellation. No response. Then I received a "shipping notification". After I jumped through a few hoops to attempt to track the order with the information provided, I couldn’t find any record (literally listed as "No Tracking Record"). Again I tried to reach out for explanation and more information on the order cancellation. Still no response.
It’s now August 5 and there is no product, no reply. Yet somehow they continue to send solicitation emails about "sales" and "specials" along with advertising on social media. This is a fraudulent business! PLEASE do not waste your money here. Party City also sells these balloons in store if you really want them.
