I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS THROUGH A GROUPON WITH QUALTRY. I HAVE EMAILED THEM AND WENT THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND FILLED OUT THE COMPLAINT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE FEATURE. THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME BACK ONCE. I ORDERED THESE ITEMS 12/18/18 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AND IT IS NOW 1/25/19. I WILL BE CALLING MY BANK TO HAVE THESE CHARGES REVERSED.

Received a Groupon e-mail to order personalized product at a discount. Per the website, the orders take 5 – 7 days for processing to be shipped out. Order was placed on 8/18/2018 and today is 10/18/2018 and product has not been received. E-mails and calls are not being returned. Payment was accepted by vendor for product and shipping and nothing has been shipped, produced, processed. I believe this to be fraud.
