I had a gentleman ( Leo was his name) saying he was from QuickBooks and my license was up for renewal and I knew it wasn’t and he said my credit card number was not correct and the subscription was ending today and if I didn’t give him my credit card number. I knew something was up so I did call Quickbooks and they agreed it was a scam.

Received and email to the president of our company sayng that our Quickbooks subscription is expiring today and to renew it before tomorrow or our subscription will be cancelled. Been a customer of Quickbooks since 2004 and pay a monthly rate for their business services. When we called the number on the email. 1-800-460-9848 they wanted $4,000 and a credit card number immediately or our subscription and information would be cancelled. After asking too many questions and not complying with their request for a credit card number they simply hung up the call.
