Type of a scam Online Purchase
On 4/13/2020 I saw an ad on Facebook advertising Keto BHB Real which it said it was backed by Shark Tank, so I ordered it. The ad said buy 2 bottles 1 free. When the order was final it also showed that I would also be getting 2 bottles of Tumeric, 1 bottle of Garcinia and 1 bottle of Green Coffee and I was charged 20.00 for each bottle, which I did not want. There was no way to opt out of anything. When I checked my bank account it showed that I was charged 229.99. I called the company immediately and was told that it was to late to cancel my order. I asked several times over the next few weeks for the return address and finally got it. When make package arrived, sure enough it had 7 bottles in it. I have been given several different email addresses and a few different phone numbers. I packaged everything up( no bottles had been opened) and took it to UPS on 5/23/2020 and shipped it all back. I have all my emails and my reciept from UPS for my records. When I tracked my package it showed it was delivered 5/26/2020 to 11551 E. 45th Avenue, unit C Denver, Co. 80239. Now when I call either number I get a recording that says, due to the Coronvirus correspondence will be done through emails. When I send them they come back as failure to send
