They sent me an email threatening me to demage my credit if I don’t remitt a payment for $1062.54 they even added a SSN which obviously is not mine, they say I need to pay or contact them in two days or they will hurt my credit

I received an email from United Debt Clearance LLC, They have my SS# listed in the email. They did not give a phone number, or there address. They are asking for me to pay the court restitution amount of $1062.54. To settle this amount I must send a promissory note in order to hold my case file from being sent to court.
Like I said above they do not have a address or phone number so you can contact them though mail or by phone. You have to contact them though there email. ([email protected]?)
