I had been with them a few months, but they were never consistent. The first draft was fine, then they started using "e checks" and stated drafting random amounts (like one regular payment & one double payment). They also started drafting on different days. I called & they always had an excuse. At first they refunded me when they drafted UNAUTHORIZED drafts up until last week. They were supposed to credit me $150 plus NSF fees but received nothing. "Cristi" initially said it was because they changed banks, which is supposedly why the portal was "messing up". And now, no one answers my calls or emails.

United Debt Reduction is a scam they claim they can help you consolidate your debt without settlement fees. This company drafted from my account unauthorized for more money that they were supposed to. I tried calling them and communicating via email more than 10x to no avail, they have ignored all my calls and emails to resolve this issue. After doing some investigation on the company they have only been opened for a year, the president of the company has multiple arrest records and he has just opened another debt relief company with a different name. Stay away from these scammers,
