Live person called my cell phone and wanted me to verify my address so they could send me a pain relieve cream. Individual claimed to have my address, phone # (same number called) and my doctor’s name. When I asked how they got my information they claimed I had filled out a survey stating I had pain and did not want to take oral pain meds. I’ve never filled out any type of survey. When I asked them to verify my doctor’s name they hung up. I called they number back and got the same script.

I received a call from this number 337-339-9780.Local number. It was a female.She said "can you hear me",I said "I hear you" She said she was calling to fill my medicine at a cheaper rate.Wanted a credit card. I am not on medicine.I asked," how did you get this number?." She hung up. I think this is a scam.
