a Indian woman called me and told me that I was one of 2000 numbers drawn to receive a 9000$ financial aid grant. she had me write down another number to call to speak with an official representative (845) 203-3824 and gave me a code to give to that person(d00102069). I havnt applied for any grants as of late so I figured it was bull puckey and I might as well report it.
