I purchased a engraver/ printer from this company. First, I did receive a product that was in 100 s of pieces. I contacted the company via their chat option because they would not answer their phone. The company representative said they sent me an “upgraded” model. However, there were no directions to build the engraver. I asked the representative for some written directions. They sent me a link to download instructions, that still did not include directions that could not be opened or used. Universal Engraver will not return my calls, emails or send me a label to return the product. Even thought they advertise 180 Free, Easy returns. My credit card refunded my Monet but Universal Engravers recharged my account without ever trying to contact me to resolve this matter. Biggest scam I have ever seen in my life. Still fighting my credit card to get my money back. All I want is return this product.
