Type of a scam Phishing
A person from this number called and indicated they were calling from UPS to serve court documents. When I asked who the lawsuit was from, the person prompted me to write down the name of the law firm suing me. I asked again where the lawsuit originated from, and the person became nasty and angry and indicated that "I was wasting his time." I hung up and called the corporate offices of UPS to verify if the number calling me (718/700-0004) was a legitimate UPS number, and it was not. Had I remained on the phone, I’m sure it would have led to extortion of money.
