Victim received a fax at her office from US Yellow Pages out of NJ (city unknown) saying she owed $53,000. Victim said she never used yellow pages and they have been contacted her in the past trying to collect on a debt. The fax said to sign the enclosed letter of closure and to send $53,000. Victim did not have scammer’s address.

Received a call today stating I have owed this bill since 2014 in the amount of $3000.00 + and they will have the lawyer sue me for that amount. I asked for a black and white copy of what i signed up for and the lady states they do not have to supply that. I informed her "Good LUCK!" and she hung up.

this number calls our office trying to collect money in a harassing, threatening manner. calls numerous times. nine times just today and actually called one of our employees a loser. wow. anyone who answers the call they tell them they are personally responsible for the amount. yet they cannot produce any contract or verbal recording to back up their requests. even if they were a real company……….pure rudeness and harassing. she uses the name

We received another collection notice fax for a fake invoice for advertisement on US County Yellow Pages – www.USCountyYellowPages.com. No one has solicted their services nor have we agreed to any advertisement in their directory. This isn’t the first notice we received. I filed a complaint with NJ ScamPulse.com back on April 8, 2015, as well as sending a letter to this company advising them to cease and desist with any advertisement on their website, as well as to quit sending invoices and collection threats. This isn’t our first rodeo with companies like this. We had a similar company out of Florida and the Attorney General advised this is a scam that pops up in FL and NJ from time to time. The only reason I am reporting is because the last incident several years ago resulted in harassment and threats made to my staff and I about paying their bogus bill and I am hoping from what we learned from the first one, we can thwart this happening in this case.
