Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

In February 2017, I was contacted by US Enrollment Group. The senior outreach specialist said that they could resolve my debt and the program is what I needed to get financially back on track. I was told that their services were 100% guaranteed and that they would remove all negative items from my credit report during the credit repair process. They sent me a financial analysis and proposal for the cost ($549.90 per month) and length of the program (18 months). They also provided me with the amount of money that I would save ($14,533.80) if I utilized their services opposed to continuing to pay my credit cards directly. US Enrollment Group conferenced a call with a representative from Prime solutions who recorded a statement and sign an account agreement with DocuSign then they sent me a document online to get my esignature. Everything was done virtually. Monthly withdrawals were taken out of my checking account. I was soon contacted by Financial Strength Builder (FSB). They instructed me to ignore call from credit agencies, but report any contact from credit agencies to them. I reported all correspondence from collection agencies that were snt to me via mail. I sent them copies of letters that I received from the credit reporting agencies and I followed all of their instructions. They said that the credit agencies would be unable to prove the validity of the accounts and that the items were removed from my credit report. In December 2017, I received letters from credit are companies threatening to sue me. Prime solutions that the situation never happens but they had an attorney that would respond to the matter. The attorney fees were an additional $800. No resolution happened on my behalf and now it’s in default and a serious legal matter with the courts.
