Received a call telling me about my car needing an extended warranty. As I spoke to them he told me my car would be covered at any Nissan dealership and pay a 100 dollar deductable. But I would need to pay him today of 500 and 15 payments of 200. He told me my car would be covered from engine to transmission to all parts of the car. After I said I couldn’t afford it he gave me same deal with only paying 100 to him with same deal. I had asked for documentation of service contract and legal papers showing my coverage. He refused. This guy did not want me to have anything by law. Then said my name my type of car and registration and Vin . I told him unless he sends me the documents. I cannot pay he told me he would red flag my car from getting any warranty from anywhere. Then said my car was raggity and a price of junk and said that I don’t make enough any way. He said he makes more then me. The I told him how would you know how much I make. He said because your driving a 2008 piece of junk Nissan and I have a new car. I told him I was reporting him I asked to speak to a manager he would not reply. And then hung up on me. I received a call again that same day by another lady claiming same company, I asked if they got my message on how I was harrassed and my car being called junk she hung up. I contacted Nissan and they do not work us protection and do not know who they are. And are reporting to higher chain of command.
