I received a phone voicemail from the following persons regarding serious allegations against a family member:

From: VDF Solutions (Arbitration Firm)
Phone: 877-541-6470 (I was told to call this number to resolve; however my caller ID has 410-216-5092)

The voicemail was from a female and stated her name, name of company, and phone number to call. She mentioned there were serious allegations being brought to a family member and that they needed to reach them immediately or else they would come to place of employment and/or residence. When I called them back, they asked me to give them alternate contact numbers. I did give them numbers only. They would not give me specifics on the charges but did say my number was given as a reference by the family member they were trying to contact.
