Vehicle Services Department

Receiving multiple phone calls and getting postal mail with no return address, I’m convinced Vehicle Service Department is entirely a scam. After reading all the complaints against this company, I’m pretty sure it doesn’t matter what you tell them and it doesn’t matter if you ever had a warranty on your vehicle or even if you have never had a vehicle, they just want to harass you out of money. There is no respect from their "customer representatives" and they have no concern for your time. I’m writing this hoping that somehow this "company" will be investigated and get shuttered. I’m tired of the constant calling, everyday. It’s pathetic.

Getting numerous phone calls from this same source under various phone numbers, which I blocked and deleted, never replied to. Today I received a letter from the scammer, no company name, address, website or email address, just a phone number to call because "By neglecting to obtain coverage, you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all high cost repairs once your factory warranty expires." I have a Honda with 18K miles on it. Hondas go for 200K+ miles without major issues. I didn’t fall for this one, but I bet a lot of folks would. Just wanted to report this. Not sure how they got my name, address, phone number or car make/model but I do feel violated. Thanks.

I have gotten multiple unsolicited calls from this number and repeatedly asked it to stop and have my number removed. When I ask them to provide a physical address to send correspondence, my request is refused. The calls come from a different local number each time and each time I block them. When I ask them to provide my name they refused and had no information. They are trying to decieve people by implying their car warranty is about to expire.

Called the number listed, proceeded to get good warranty coverage quotes from the person Jessica listed. However, things turned sour when she was very persistent at the end for me to sign up right away. Wouldn’t take no for an answer. Knew something was wrong after that.

Their business name is the “Vehicle Services Department” so they’re trying to trick you into thinking they’re affiliated with your car company. They tell you your warranty is expired (mine is not). Then they try and sell you one. They will call you 5+x per day.

Jessica ***, saying that your new car warranty is about to expire and it offers you an “extended warranty,” conned by a company that used robocalls to hawk service contracts costing from $1,300 to nearly $2,900. The FTC and the Better Business Bureaus based in West Palm Beach and St. Louis have been investigating and trying to get people their money back

Bought a vehicle from dealership within a week started receiving daily phone calls from unknown number and postal mail (no return address or address of company stated) claiming I had to contact them URGENTLY to continue the warranty coverage of my vehicle. They call/send mail so frequently is boarder line harassment.

I first received a letter in the mail (approximately Sept 28) regarding my vehicle warranty (which is covered until 2022). Then I received a phone call on Oct 3 saying the same thing and they put me on hold to speak to the next agent and I did hang up. I tried calling the number back immediately after and I don’t even get it to dial out.

This company called me asking about "my vehicle warranty". I called them back and got hung up on once, asked for my personal information twice, and finally, asked not to call again. They even threatened to ‘add me back to their list if I ever called again’. Spoke with Steve, Andy, Jacob, and Cameron. Real nice. All I tried to so was request their company owner/CEO information to discuss marketing and calling strategies.

Recently bought a new vehicle and 2 weeks later received a letter in the mail from Vehicle Services Department with no return address or physical address claiming that my brand new vehicles warranty has expired and they need me to buy new coverage from them or I’ll pay a lot of vehicle repairs. It’s obviously a scam to me but wanted to warn others of this scam.

I get multiple calls daily from various phone number from this company about a old vehicle I no longer have. When I tell them that, they try to see if I have another car for them to "quote" me on. I keep asking to be removed, and keep getting hung up, and they will not remove my work number from their files, nor will they tell me which state or city they are located in–just constant hang ups. I have no idea how they got my work number, nor do I even know where they got the information regarding the car because that isn’t even 100% correct, but its correct enough for me to know that they are talking about my vehicle.

I received a letter with no address, no signature, no website address indicating that the factory warranty on a used vehicle that I purchased on 2/28/19 had expired or was about to expire. Also, that I needed to respond by 4/26/19 if I wanted the extended warranty. The letter did however note another company by name. That company is vehicle protection center, 17295 chesterfield airport road suite 200,chesterfield mo 63005.

Direct Mail offer that presents itself with official-sounding verbiage and feigned urgency to sell aftermarket insurance coverage for automobiles. No pre-existing business relationship exists, but letter purports that recipient’s inaction is negligent.

I recently received a letter from this business, which outlined charges for vehicle services that I never authorized or received. There was a full page, front and back, on information on the urgent nature of my response, and a fake bill for over $12k. At the bottom of the second page, it said this was only a sample, and not to pay. There are multiple pieces of fake information, all urging me to call and renew a factory warranty on a vehicle that I do not own.

I have been receiving mail from this company calling itself the generic "Vehicle Services Department" since I bought my car over a year ago. The letters are one page, extremely vague warnings that my vehicle warranty is about to expire and urging me to call a 1-800 number to extend the warranty so that I won’t be help responsible for any vehicle repairs. The back of the page is an "example" invoice for repairs totaling over $12,000. When I called the number to be removed from their mailing list I was prompted by an automated voice to confirm my identity by entering my social security number. I hung up, and the letters keep coming. There is no address, website, or any other contact information provided.
