There was a sale that said you get 2 glasses for $*** instead of $**. Once the glasses were purchased they at first charged my credit card the full $**, but then refunded so they only took $***. I waited for two months and contacted them about the items still not coming in. They said that they don’t reship and they’ll give a full refund. Waited a month, still no refund. Contacted them again, they said they’ll resend the refund request to the billing department. A month more, nothing. Contacted again said same thing. Contacted them again and no response.

Ordered 2 pair of night vision glasses January 16th 2018 for $***. was expected to arrive in 5-8 weeks. Got message from them Jan 27th 18 "We apologize for any inconvenience." Didn’t say what it was. Contacted customer service May 21,18 to state that they had not arrived yet. No reply. Called them today,6.04.18 and was first told that order was on "back order". After I pressed about why so long, was told "they could no longer ship that item and would refund my money." In 5-8 weeks.

Ordered a pair of Night Driver HD Glasses on 2/20/2018 for $***. Received confirmation e-Mail of order charging me $*** for two pairs. Immediately called to changed order and $*** was refunded to my card. Orders take 2-5 weeks average for delivery, (max 8 weeks). After over two months I called. They apologized and offered a refund of the remaining $*** and to allow 3-8 business days. Well now it’s been over two weeks so I called only to be told that they show it had been refunded. I have monitored my banking closely and the fund have not been reimbursed. I know it’s not a lot of money, but I wonder how many people get this same shaft and get so fed up they give up and take the loss.
