I ordered a product from the company called viral deal. They raved about the speed in which delivery was. They offered 100% money back guarantee. Several days went by without any word of shipment. I contacted the company requesting to cancel my order. They immediately began telling me they couldn’t because the order was processing to please be patient. I continues to contact to inquire about cancelling because I no longer wanted the item especially since it took so long to get any information about shipping. They continued telling me to be patient. About a month goes by and they tell me the item has shipped. I ask them to provide return instructions because I still can’t to return the item and they don’t respond.
When the item arrived I request return instruction because I do not want it. They offer to help and ask why I don’t want it. I tell them and they tell offer me every solution other than returning the item for a full refund. They want to give me a discount on other products. Then they want to give me a discount on this product. I told them I don’t want a discount on this product or other products I want a refund. At this point I feel like they are hoping the time elapses for their money back guarantee. See attached emails. I have plenty more.
