it is a subscription base service… the service actually works everything was fine… until it was time to cancel the subscription they make it real difficult for you to cancel… it took me 6 months to cancel… I had to call PayPal and explained that they keep on charging me even though they are clearly aware that have be trying to cancel for a period of time… PayPal paid back some of the unauthorized charges ( up to 3 months) virmach got charged charged back fees that they are now billing me….
there business practice of making extremely hard to cancel there services makes me believe that they are running some fraudulent activities… how many people are having the same problem of not being able to cancel probably hundreds…
