Type of a scam Phishing
On May 2, 2019, I received a phone call from 800-285-8585. They wanted to obtain information about my credit card account. I asked what company they work for, and they said Visa and Master Company. I said I hadn’t heard of the company before. They proceeded to ask about my credit card. I asked further about their company, they tried to change the topic, and upon me asking again, they hung up. I called the phone number back to ask the website of the company, and I was told it was US Bank.
