I stupidly replied to a phone number on my computer screen about a security breach. Sent them money via gift cards (impossible to recover) for software and tech support. (More stupidity on my part). They said that they are going to refund me money but that the company only refunds at $1000 and I would need to send them the difference of what they owe me and the $1000 BEFORE they would send my refund. They keep calling – for days now – repeating that I need to send them more $ before they can refund me.
