Type of a scam Phishing
This company gave me an automated call from the "Warranty Division" saying my vehicle warranty was expiring. Since I do have a vehicle warranty, I continued the conversation to a live person and asked what company they worked for. The caller stated "I’m in the warranty division." "What company?" The caller then stated something like the customer service department. I said "I’m trying to find out the name of the company you’re calling from." She responded "Oh my lord, lady!" and hung up on me.
