Wavy posted a Facebook ad stating they were giving away merchandise for free after paying for shipping. I submitted an order for a few items on this website and had to update the shipping address after placing the order. I attempted to reach out originally to get an estimate on the shipping time, then to update the shipping address. From the time the order was placed to now it has been about a month and I have been unable to contact the company via Facebook, email, or even on their own website. Now whenever a message is attempted I get a response which blocks the message from going through or an "unavailable" notification. The order was placed about a month ago and I still haven’t received my items or any response from the company.

You order there products expecting them to reach you in two weeks as the website claims. I have waited a month and a half and still nothing. Every email I have used to contact them got me absolutely no reply, half of them were fake emails and if you try to submit a message to them on their website, it won’t even let you. Then the link they give you to “track your purchase” doesn’t actually do ANYTHING! NEVER order from this website.

The "company" placed ads on Instagram advertising free products, like leggings and phone cases. The item is "free" but the customer still has to pay for shipping, and then the items never come. The Instagram ads are now flooded with comments from people warning each other of the scam. I sent the company an email but never received a response, and have recently received emails from a slightly different website advertising the same kind of scam.
