This company claimed to provide wedding videos by editing footage taken by friends and family during wedding. The cost was roughly 400 USD. The majority of buyers were never provided the finished videos.

This company marketed as a wedding app that customers could download to save all their wedding pictures and videos. Then an editor on their staff would work on a custom video based on the videos collected. The company demands payment upfront. As of now they are not returning any calls or emails. The website and app have been shut down. There is no contact to receive a refund. Based on online reviews, many others are experiencing the same issue.

This video company was a scam. I am out almost $400 and never got my wedding video or footage!! I’m devastated.

The website and customer service was VERY professional and now after my wedding the business seems to have vanished and stolen hundreds of brides videos and money!! Their social media presence dissapearred, the constant advertisements stopped, just gone.

In March of last year, my husband and I were looking for alternatives to hiring a videographer for our wedding in June. We came across this company, Wed Reel, and thought it was a great idea. We paid $390 to have this video made of our wedding day. We received the cards to hand out to our guests that included the link in which they would upload any photos or videos they took as promised. We were able to include videos/pictures from our bridal shower and honeymoon due to an added bonus/special they were having. Sounded great right? The website advertised that I would be receiving my video within 2-3 weeks of my wedding. I definitely thought that was fast, but didn’t think anything of it. Those weeks came and gone, along with months (at least 4) before I emailed the support team. I received an e-mail from Amy S. from the WedReel support team saying my video was being worked on and would be getting to me soon. It is now mid-February of 2018 and I still have received nothing. This could have been a scam from the beginning, but man was it convincing.

I paid this company in June of 2017 to make a video for our wedding. As our wedding approached I realized the website no longer worked, and went online to find hundreds of others have also been scammed out of money.

I purchased our wedding videography service through WedReel in July 2017 after reading many positive reviews online. Come our wedding day in December I went to the website to check and make sure everything was okay and the website didn’t exist anymore. I then found out that their website, social media, and email accounts were all deleted. I was left the morning of my wedding with no videographer and no prior warning from the company that they weren’t in business anymore.

I then found many reviews of others who had this same experience. Whatever you do stay away from WedReel. They stole many peoples money and wedding videos.

Wedreel offered consumers an alternative to hiring a videographer for you wedding by having your wedding guests upload their videos and photos to a server via a personalized link that they printed on cards that were sent to you prior to your wedding date. My bride and I passed them out to our guests and everything was fine. Wedreel promised our video would be complete within a month’s time after we arrived back home from our honeymoon. I purchased Wedreel’s services on June 11, 2017. I had several correspondence with their "support" team by someone with the name "Amy" about password login issues, logistic questions, expected date for upload link cards, etc. The email responses were fairly quick within a day or two. But after our wedding on August 4, 2017, we have not received any responses from my emails. In fact, the email address is showing to be invalid from my email provider. I paid over $400 this is most likely gone. Please DO NOT use this company!

Paid for videographer service with this company and paid in full in January. Wedding was just in November and guests were unable to upload any videos, and the company has not been responsive for request of help or refund.

I paid $390 in February for a wedding videography service for my June 3, 2017 wedding and to date (November 6th) have yet to receive my finished product that was "guaranteed" within 6 weeks of our wedding date. I have sent multiple emails, reached out on social media and have never received a product despite paying in full for it. From the reviews now on social media and wedding websites, this is a problem for every single person who has paid for this companies service. It is a total scam and should be shut down!
