Called for an appointment to install a lock at my residence in Ship Bottom, NJ. The service person was scheduled to be there at 10:00 AM, he did not show up until 12 noon. He arrived in a small car with NY license plates.
He said he needed a grinder to complete the job, and where could he find a hardware store to purchase one. He then stated that it would cost me at least $195.00 or more to do the work. The orginal quote was for $24.90 for the service call, plus $35.00 to install. Very unscrupulous person and scam. Please check into this, thank you.
