I received a email on what appears to be a Western Union form. It is addressed to Dear Email Beneficiary, informing me I am a Beneficiary of $ 1,500,000.00USD in the on going UN Humanitarian aid / poverty Aliiviation Program (UNPAP) 2016.
It states that due to the Western Union daily transfer limit $7600USD I will receive a daily amount of $7600USD USD from them and to visit my local outlet to collect. They want me to provide my full name, address, and phone number by email or a phone call to Mrs. Helen Kuan at +601126 433 169 and reply to email [email protected]
