Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
This company known as Highlights and/or Which Way USA sends fake invoices to PO Boxes for items that were never ordered. They then begin to send you bills from Retrieval-Masters Creditors Bureau stating that you owe money and that you don’t owe.
