Initially the call came up as a personal cell phone number with the name Amy Murphy. Upon answering they identified themselves as windows logistics employees and immediately begin to tell me there’s problems with my computer, and I needed to turn it on immediately for them to walk me through how to fix it. I have received this call numerous times. I ask them for information about my computer, and they said they will give it to me after I turn it on. Eventually they got mad and hung up when I refused.
