Type of a scam Tech Support
The person calling is not calling from the U.S. He is calling seniors and asking to go on their computers or laptops. My parents are seniors and when I got on the phone to ask the caller questions he got very irrate. I told him to remove my parents phone off his list and he continued to talk over me and insisting that I do have a laptop and computer that he knew for a fact. I told the caller that it was a scam and he then proceeded to call me a “B***” and to listen to him. I hung up the phone after he insulted me that way.
