Type of a scam Online Purchase
I learnt about this website, which is online digital Chinese book for children, from a parent forum. I first inquired via email (which is the only option to contact the company) regarding the trial membership but no response. When I decided to try out the first month trial membership, it charged me $1 on my Paypal, and then automatically withdraw $2.99 monthly after first month trial. I was never able to use the service in the first month trial and the months after. I sent multiple emails and there was never a response from the company. My last email was to warn them to respond, otherwise I would report them as scam. A couple of weeks later, I still didn’t hear back, so I finally reported the company as scam here.
