This enterprise uses a deceptive website designed to look official which contains numerous false representations about the services they provide which supposedly is providing documents such as birth certificates by using their website in exchange for a payment online. In fact they are not authorized as a provider by any U.S. state nor do they actually perform the service. Rather, they are a front organization to engage in the criminal enterprise of gathering personal confidential information for the purpose of identity theft while collecting a credit card fee under false pretenses. In short, the list of criminal violations at a minimum include: fraud, conversion, credit card theft, identity theft, invasion of privacy and money laundering. Anyone scammed by them should immediately file a complaint with the following: Your local Police Department, the Attorney General’s Office in your State, the Federal Trade commission, The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the FBI, the Federal Department of Justice, the Federal Treasury Department, the U.S. Department of State and Interpol, since they want consumers to believe they may be located offshore, and every consumer protection website ou can find. If your state’s Vital Statistics Department has no policy to track and investigate such matters or refuses to do so, complain separately to your Attorney General, Governor and elected officials.
