A received an e-mail from a business identifying themselves as www.personalloans.com claiming the consumer is eligible for a $10000 loan. After speaking with the representative the consumer was informed the business would issue him 1500 to deposit into his bank account to increase his credit score and then the consumer must return the original investment of 1500 after it has been cleared.
